    Basic Yoga in English

    8:00-9:30 am
    Fridays starting 17.07.09
Yoga Raum Berlin, Falckensteinstr. 48, Kreuzberg
(between Warschauerbrücke and Schlesisches Tor U-bahn Station)

Open to any experience level, this English-language Yoga class begins with sun salutations before moving through strength-building standing poses, partner exercises, and inversions. Focus is on alignment and enjoyment- this class can be therapeutic for injuries, neck stiffness and chronic lower back pain, and helps to balance and relax the mind. A playful atmosphere keeps the energy moving through hand balances and back stretches into a relaxing close of the class.
